Configuration/Troubleshooting Services: This is basic configuration or troubleshooting services. Note: There is a four (4) hour minimum.	$50.00 per hour ($200.00 minimum)
Custom Development Services : This service is for full custom development. Source code is retained by Mirtheil Software. Note: There is an eight (8) hour minimum.	$75.00 per hour ($600.00 minimum)
Email Technical Support Ticket : Email based technical support for a non Mirtheil Software product (for example, Pervasive.SQL). A ticket is for one issue. A solution is not guaranteed however all efforts will be made to come to a solution.	$300.00
Data Conversion/Extraction Services : Services for extracting or converting Pervasive PSQL / Btrieve data to a common format.	$75.00 per hour (two hour minimum)
